THREE WAYS OF SELF IMPROVEMENT
Most people live a human life without knowing the causality of thoughts, emotions and feelings. The thoughts you formulate in yourself, have consequences. When you formulate and act on negative thoughts, you create automatically in yourself negative emotions and negative feelings. When you formulate positive thoughts, you create automatically positive emotions and positive feelings. Which can be explained in detail on an energetic level, how this all works inside ourselves. When you experience a negative situation or a negative person in your life, then the upset, bad or sad feeling you have, is Always created by your own thoughts. Neither another person nor a situation can ever make you feel bad.
What shall happen when you Really understand this information? Yes, then you are able to choose to formulate Positive OR Negative thoughts, to create respectively Good and Happy feelings inside yourself, OR upset, Bad and Sad feelings inside yourself. Master your thoughts, then you become a Master of your feelings. How do I like to feel every moment of every day no matter what, I desire to feel good and happy! How about you?
1. Realize at every situation and moment in your life, you have a Choice.
To create a positive and loving thoughts OR a negative and selfish thoughts. This Choice creates the difference between respectively a Good Choice and a Bad choice and have consequences. Respectively feeling good and happy OR feeling bad or sad.
A positive thought is Good and Loving for you AND at the same time Good and Loving for all people on the world AND at the same time Good and Loving for Nature, what shall in good And in bad situations always, create Harmony, Happiness, Good and loving feelings inside oneself, with other people and with Nature. All other thoughts which do not comply to this rule are negative thoughts and create disharmony, unhappiness, upset, bad and sad feelings in oneself, other people or Nature. It is not difficult, only different.
What is in practice a negative or a positive thought? How do I know, when I formulate a negative or positive thought? To experience this in detail, needs many Words, watch the Lecture Master your thoughts, then you Master your feelings.
Just to give you an example.
What would happen in yourself, when you formulate negative thoughts and focus on these kind of negative thoughts and constantly repeat these thoughts over and over again;
Negative thoughts such as; I am Not good enough, I am not smart enough, I can't do that, I am not pretty or handsome enough, I always fail, Nothing works for me and everything seems to be against me. I never finish what I start. I can't talk well. I am insecure. People don't really like me. There is always something wrong with me, my life sucks, etc.
What shall be the result of a person who focus on these negative thoughts and repeats them over and over again in themselves? Shall they feel confident or insecure? They shall feel insecure, what is a negative emotion and feels bad and sad. Right?
What do these negative thoughts create or change in your life? Nothing, they do Not lead to solutions, only to upset, bad, sad and negative feelings. How long do you like to be insecure and feel bad or sad about it?
When you start to focus on and formulate positive and loving thoughts, such as; I am good enough, I am smart enough, I can do that, I am pretty or handsome enough, when I fail, I am able to learn, to do it better and in the end I shall succeed, A lot of things works well for me and lot's of time everything goes easy and smooth in my life. I should try to finish what I start. I can talk well enough. I am confident. People who don't like me have a problem, and I do not make their problem mine, I like myself for my good and loving intentions, there is nothing wrong with me, my life is wonderful, etc.
Do you see that positive, loving, constructive and kind thoughts, leads always to solutions, just like the difference between negative thoughts, I don't know what to do, I can't do that, Or positive thoughts, I shall know or ask what to do, and what can I do? Etc.
Compare negative and positive thoughts of above, they are each other opposites and doesn't change the situation in your life at first. Positive and loving thoughts shall change your perspective and your future for the better, and Really changes your feelings inside of you. Just read both lists a few times and already by only reading it, feel what it does to your feelings, just by reading the words. It has already an impact. Everything you see, read, hear, watch, etc. are thoughts and when you focus on them or repeat them over and over again, they become your thoughts. What means do you focus on the Loving and Good side of yourself and life, and feel Optimistic, Loving, Happy and in this case very Confident. Or do you choose to embrace negative and a selfish side of yourself and life and feel Pessimistic, Depressive, Bad or Sad? It is just a choice you formulate for yourself.
Realize all your upset, bad and Sad feelings, are caused by your choice of negative and ego thoughts, instead of positive, constructive and loving thoughts. What means you can erase all your negative emotions, which always feels bad or sad from your life, such as, all your worries, fears, disappointments, irritations, frustrations, shame, anger, hate, loneliness, revenge, jealousy, insecurity, depression, despair, etc. How would your life feel, when this all disappears by your choice from your life? You shall feel True Happiness all the time.
When you feel bad or sad, ask yourself, why do I really feel so bad or sad? And write down a list of thoughts, that creates this bad or sad feeling and you shall find always the negative emotion which is created by your own negative thoughts. Then you really start to KNOW YOURSELF, and know what is going on in your own thoughts. Then transform the negative thoughts into the positive, optimistic, loving and kind thoughts, and repeat these new good and loving thoughts all the time, and you shall see it changes your emotions into positive emotions and your feelings into positive, happy and loving feelings too.
Just try it, research it for yourself, and you shall see, that these Words are all True. And it is Not difficult, it is very easy. But, it takes effort and Work to start to see, to evolve your thoughts in your human life. For most people it seems so easy that it can't be true, still it is. How would you feel when you would erase all negative emotions from your life? Yes, all the time Happy, Good and Loving, wouldn't that be great? I truly enjoy it, myself. This method of SELF IMPROVEMENT erases all negative emotions and negative feelings from your life, what makes room for Harmony, Happiness and Health, and helps also by your individual action to change the society into a more positive and harmonious world.
2. Realize at every Argument you have with someone or others in life, that you both are at the same side of an argument.
You both or more people should like to share information objectively and honestly with each other. We should listen to each other and try to understand the arguments of both sides. Then we should try to find honestly the Truth about the arguments together by unanimity. And give it all the time it takes, to fill in the gaps to dissolve this issue forever. The differences of words exist only, because there is lack of information. Fill in and help others to find these gaps of information concerning the arguments and you shall find all the Truths of Life. And there shall not be reason to argue about this issue any more.
The question is in our time, are we Willing to find honestly and objectively the Truths of Life together? And are we Willing to look at and discuss arguments instead of ego desires and assumptions? When you handle this correctly from both sides, in a work relation, a friendship or a relationship, you shall notice only agreements should exist. What shall improve our decisions to create Positivity, Love and Harmony for Everyone and Nature.
When you start with this perspective to handle an argument in this way, to see you are on the same side and to see where a lack of information is blocking the agreement, then you have improved yourself correctly.
3. Realize in all kind of relationships, to use Proper Communication.
When you observe a thought or an action from a person you do not approve and support, or think this is not appropriate, loving or correct, inform the other person, what you have observed, how it looks to you and ask kindly questions about it. Show the negative cause, that creates negative consequences for you, others, Nature or in their life. And show as an alternative a positive cause, that creates positive consequences for you, others, Nature and in their life. And ask kindly, what would be best? Never tell a person what to do, but show always the causes and consequences and let them decide and choose for themselves. When they choose themselves by seeing the difference in their choice, then it last forever.
Only by free will, we can choose and make the right, good and loving decisions and create positive actions in life, which are good and loving for you AND at the same time good and loving for all people in life and good and loving for Nature.
By learning from each other, we can improve our relationships into harmony and balance. When you start to work with proper communication, others shall learn from you and copy it also in their perspective, and both shall have improved their Selves. How more people start to improve themselves in their thoughts, how better it is for our world society.
Life is all about thoughts and choices.
