When you read chapter 4 of Ephesians as One and add the Truths of Life, the True Will and Works of God, the Words become clear for Everyone.
 

Ephesians 4:32
 

1. I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
 

As a follower of the Words of God, I beseech you, that you live your human life, as a worthy, good, loving and harmonious persons, to live a harmonious human life, as it was meant by God to be.
 

2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
 

In all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, living in Harmony, with love for oneself, each other and Nature.
 

3 Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

To strive to keep the unity in line, between your intuition and conscience as guidance of your holy spirit, called also the higher Self Awareness, AND your human thoughts and ways. For sake of harmony, balance and enlightenment within yourself unto Peace.
 

Enlightenment means literally to purify a human Soul and to lift a human Soul. To make the outside as human thoughts into the thoughts of the Holy Spirit, the Higher Self Awareness. To purify your thoughts and personality. “To make the outside like our inside.” (quote of Jesus Christ).
 

Your human Soul is created during your human life, by formulating your thoughts, memories and personality. The human Soul shall still exist, even after your human vessel died. What means everyone has an eternal life, and you shall see everyone in the harmony and God’s love in Heaven again.
 

4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
 

There is only one body, a human vessel, and One Spirit, as a human Soul.
 

Your Godly Soul descended from Heaven for reincarnation to experience temporary to become a human Being. The Godly Soul split itself into a Holy Spirit, The Higher Self Awareness AND a part of it’s consciousness, became your human Soul, your Awareness. You fill during your life by choice and free will, the human Soul with thoughts, memories and a personality. The Godly Soul, Holy Spirit or called Higher Self Awareness, guides you through life by emotions, conscience and intuition, to make right harmonious and loving choices.
 

After purifying your human Soul, you are able to merge with your Holy Spirit, as Higher Self, into a Godly Soul again. Only the Godly Soul is able, to return to Heaven. The reason for all Man, to purify their human Soul, as thoughts and personality in life. To become enlightened by the True Ways of God. To be Ready as a human Soul, at the end of your human life. To be able to merge with your Higher Self into your Godly Soul, and almost instantly can return to Heaven. So, you do Not have to experience a “second death” in an In-between life in a repentance phase by Works. By still Working at the thoughts and personality of your human Soul in “afterlife”, to purify here, your human Soul.

5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
 

There is only One God, One True God’s Way as faith, and One baptism as rinsing your human Soul, or in other words to purify your human Soul, to purify your human thoughts and personality in a human life. When you failed, you have to purify your human Soul in the In-between life (afterlife). Which is unknown by almost all of Man.

To rinse your body with water, is a physical happening, to rinse negative energies from your esoteric body. To start a fresh and a new life. Still, you have to work at your thoughts, to erase Sin and Ego from your thoughts and personality.
 

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
 

One God is the parent of all Godly Souls including yours, who is above all. And everyone and everything exist within God, as One. Whether someone believes in God or Not, still they are all part of God. These words in this article, explains the mysteries of the Creation of Man and Soul. What is for everyone the same, whether you believe these words or not, do not make it less Real or less True.
 

7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
 

God gives grace to Everyone. Still, Everyone shall be judged accordingly by the standards in the Words of Christ, Jesus Christ, the Messiah of the Age of Pisces, Or by Words of the Soul of Truth, of the New Messiah of the Age of Aquarius. The human Soul’s Repentance phase by Works shall happen in the In-between life (between Earth and Heaven), where judgment of All shall take place. Where all the pains and sorrows caused by a person to other persons or Nature on Earth, shall be reaped by themselves. Not to punish them, but to Teach them to evolve, to purify their human Souls in this In-between life. By embracing only loving, harmonious and positive thoughts for Everyone and Nature. In the end, every Godly Soul including yours, shall return to Heaven. It’s just a matter of how much time you need, to purify your human Soul. To have learned from all Lessons of Life, to have evolved from a complete human life experience.
 

8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
 

When someone dies and ascends as a human Soul in an In-between life, unto a vibrating higher energetic frequency of the In-between dimension. He, that caused captivity to others on Earth, shall experience to be a captive himself in this In-between life. He that kills with a sword in a human life, shall be killed with a sword in the In-between life, in the Repentance phase by Works.
 

9 Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
 

Now, the human Soul has ascended into the higher vibrating frequency of the In-between life after death of his vessel, is called resurrection. The same happens, when a human Soul descended and attached to a human vessel, better said was projected into the vibrating low energetic frequency of our apparently material dimension of Earth. What is called reincarnation. In this ancient time Prophets didn't know what resurrection and reincarnation really meant. Still, indicated this direction in their verses for Man to find the Truths of Life. The real and True Higher Works of God. 

10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
 

The Godly Soul, that descended from Heaven into the In-between dimension, is the same also, that shall ascend again from the In-between dimension unto Heaven again. When the human Soul fulfills the real purpose in a human life experience, to purify their human Soul, as their thoughts, memory and personality. Into pure Harmony for Everyone and Nature, like a Saint. Then the human Soul merges with the Higher Self into the Godly Soul again. Then the Godly Soul can ascend as a loving, harmonious Godly Soul unto Heaven.

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
 

Christ gave Words and Ways to the apostles, some prophets, some evangelists and some pastors and teachers. But, the original simple and clear Words of a man later called Jesus Christ, faded over time. Burned, hidden and falsified by Pharisees. And sometimes distorted by Prophets, who could Not understand or interpret the High Works and Will of God. Just like it is stated in the secret of Wisdom that God’s Will and Works are two times higher, as what Man thinks they are. It is what it is, nothing more and nothing less.
 

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
 

To make Human thoughts and ways perfect, like worthy and holy Saints. Man works at the House of God, embodied in the original Words of Christ, the Messiah. Jesus Christ was the Messiah of Pisces teaching the people living in this Age of Pisces. The Messiah of the Age of Aquarius, is teaching Man at the end of the Age of Pisces to live into the Age of Aquarius. At the end of every Age the Godly Soul of God reincarnations into a Messiah again. 
 

To be able by the Words of the Messiah to become part of the Age of Harmony, what is called biblical the Age of Kingdom in a new restored Earth. Where people shall live by free choice without Sin and without almost all Ego. Or to find your real path to Heaven much sooner again. Both explaining the same narrow gate, living by God’s True Ways into the Kingdom of God in Heaven or on a new restored Earth.
 

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
 

Until we create balance by living God’s True Ways as faith, AND the knowledge in the Words of the Son of God, Christ, the Messiah of the Age of Aquarius. To become this perfect Man, as a Saint. According to the standards given in the Words of Christ, the Messiah of Aquarius.

14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
 

So, we can grow from being blind and lost children into Responsible Awakened and Alive adults, as Saints. To stop being tossed from here to there, and carried by every wind of opinion or doctrine to east or west, by the deceiving words of Man, and cunning craftiness, whereby they try to deceive and oppress other people of the world population.

15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
 

But, speaking the Truth in Honesty and Love, in Name of God, then you evolve your human Soul into the same human Soul, as Christ, the Messiah, was and is.
 

16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
 

When you correct your thoughts and ways in such a way, that you live a harmonious, unconditional loving, caring, sharing and equal life with Everyone and Nature, then you have fulfilled your human life purpose into Harmony.
 

Pure Harmony = Love, created from the highest energetic frequencies of conscious energy of God. What emits a bright white Light. Jesus Christ was called the Light, because he represented Words of Love and Harmony.
 

17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
 

Following I say therefore and testify in Name of God, that Man should not walk on Earth, as Man living in the flesh. What means to live Not by Man’s thoughts and ways based on an ego perspective. The ego perspective is based on Egoism, Greed, Lust and Pride and is the Creator of Sin in Man’s life. Every Sin you create in your human life, shall be experienced by yourself in your In-between life in the Repentance phase by Works. Man is Only fighting others and themselves in a human life, and in the In-between life. Choose well.

18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
 

Over a very long time, Man has been deviating from the path, to live by God’s True Ways, to create a harmonious human life, as One. The Ignorance, Pride, Lust and Ego caused blindness in the hearts of Man. In the times of Jesus Christ and again in our times. Man is making the same mistakes as in that ancient time. Man prefers Words of Prophets, above Words of the Messiah. What is the reason that in scripture is written, "our generation shall reject Christ, the Messiah." Because they prefer Man's thoughts and ways above God's ways.

19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
 

Most of them, who have lived a past, have surrendered, themselves to Ego, Greed, Lust, Violence and Pride. Which stimulates Man’s thoughts and ways in uncleanness, disharmony and darkness in life. What is causing Many More Sins in life, to experience in Man's true In-between life, in the repentance phase themselves.
 

Negative and disharmonious thoughts of Man vibrate energetically in your human Soul at a low energetic frequency. What means it emits much lesser light, a dim light. And therefor Man who has disharmonious, negative and ego thoughts in their human Souls, live in darkness on Earth. Christ, the Light, has only harmonious, loving and positive thoughts in his human Soul, and therefor vibrates energetically at a high frequency and emits a lot of light. Therefore Christ, the Messiah is called the Light. Now, you know the real reason, why prophets described light and darkness on Earth.
 

20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
 

But, the Ones, who deviated from the right, loving and harmonious path in life, have not learned the Original Words of Christ.

21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
 

When you heard the original Words of Christ or the recent Words of Christ, the Messiah, and were taught by him, the Truths of Life;
 

22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
 

Then you would let go of Ego, Pride, Lust and Violence and erase them from your human life.
 

23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
 

Only then you shall be renewed in the human Soul of your Man’s thoughts.
 

24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
 

And that you live to be this new Loving and Harmonious Man, to live by God’s true Ways. Which results in Righteousness and True Holiness, as a Saint.
 

25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
 

Therefore stop with lying, and speak the honest and loving truth to Everyone, because we are all part of God, each other and, as One. Just as Jesus Christ said, “a little lie, is still a lie”. A little lie, is still a Sin.
 

26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
 

When you dissolved Ego, Pride, Violence and Lust from your human life, you shall never be angry, shameful, violent or have feelings of revenge again and therefore you shall Not commit any Sins.

27 Neither give place to the devil.
 

Then you also cannot be deceived by any negative evil lost Soul or wicked Man any more.
 

28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
 

Stop with stealing, but work instead, working with your hands to do good, help and support them, who needs you. Never take, but ask, give and share.

29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
 

Do Not speak negatively and bad about anyone, but speak those words that can help you and others to evolve in a human life. Understand, that every human being makes good or bad choices. Some learn slow and some learn quick. What gives room, to love ALL people unconditionally. Everyone, who claims to have enemies or dislike persons is Not Ready and did Not purify their human Souls.

30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
 

When you grief in life, you are still Not Ready and prevented to purify your human Soul. Negative thoughts creates negative emotions and negative emotions creates negative bad and sad feelings. Including grief and sorrows. It is Man’s task to dissolve all negative and disharmonious thoughts from their human Soul. Understand, that when someone dies, that person shall be taken care of by God’s True Ways. There is no need to grief, only to enjoy life. A lack of understanding and ignorance of faith and of God’s True Ways, causes grief and sorrows.
 

31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and glamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
 

Transform all thoughts of bitterness, revenge, anger, pride, lust and evil speaking into the opposite positive, loving and harmonious thoughts. What causes Happiness, Harmony and Health within oneself, between each other and with Nature. In my answers you find all information you need to know.
 

32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
 

And be kind for each other, tenderhearted, forgiving each other. Just as God has forgiven Man, that they chose with free will to torture and kill Jesus Christ. And justified this evil by free will and choice of Man.
 

Life is all about thought and choices.
