Let’s bring your situation in an objective, honest and direct light and work unto simple solutions for your question. First understand these words and then Live the words, to dissolve the problems from your life. It is not difficult, only very different, simple and effective.
First we analyze how normal people live their lives and express their mistakes in life, then we shall give a solution to do it differently.
When we give a person a desired nice material thing or a nice desired experience to enjoy, then this person shall be happy. Until it ends, is lost, breaks down, disappears or is taken away and they shall be unhappy for not having this thing or experience. In contrary, when we take away a desired thing or give someone a negative bad or sad experience, then this person shall feel unhappy.
To recap; Good things and good experiences makes us happy and loss of things or negative experiences makes us unhappy, right?
Almost all people live this way. They let things, experiences and their surrounding environment in which they live, decide if they are happy or not. When life is good, they feel good. When life is bad or sad, they feel bad or sad. Biblical this is called “living in the flesh”, or called in normal words, living materialistic by an ego perspective. When an ego perspective, based on egoism, greed, pride and lust, can be filled, this Ego person is happy. When Not, they are unhappy, feeling bad, sad and depressed for example. To justify this negative Ego way of living, people say, negativity in life, negative emotions, bad and sad feelings are just part of life. We have to accept it, suck it up and move on. It makes us human to feel sometimes good and sometimes bad, right?
There is also another way, to be always happy and feeling good and content in your human life, no matter what, is happening in your life.

What means when someone experience a good or a bad experience, this person still feels good and happy. This sounds impossible doesn't it? Still, it is 100 % true and possible to achieve for everyone.

But, A spirit is another word for Soul. And your real human Soul means and consists of Man’s thoughts, memory and personality. Living a spiritual life, means to understand your own thoughts, and to use your thoughts in a correct way. In such a way, that when you are experiencing good, bad or sad situations or negative persons in your life, you formulate thoughts which causes positive emotions in yourself, and gives you good and happy feelings. To Master your thoughts is to Master your feelings. Sounds difficult doesn't it? It is not, it is just to make a Good choice. Over and over again.
People spoke always about spiritual development, what means simply just to develop your thoughts into Harmony and Love, to create happy and good feelings in yourself. In other words to evolve in life. To leave the childish ego perspective behind and to become an adult in life. To become Awakened and Alive in your experiences in this human life. And really Awakened is that you start to understand how life works. Without our thoughts nothing happens in life. Let's get to know our thoughts and see how they create our feelings in life.
A spiritual person understands the causality of thoughts, emotions and feelings, and lives on a different way. In fact they live, as our human life was created by God to be, by God’s True ways. I just explain to you, how life really works for Everyone on a more harmonious way, to create all the time happiness in yourself, with others and with Nature.

Besides that, they do not see the world in a materialistic way, but see only a human life with experiences. Good and Loving experiences and Challenging experiences, that is all. By their thoughts, they can create new experiences too, to have a nice family, friendships, relationships, to have a nice career or to experience a nice living standard. Only the perspective at life is changed from an Ego perspective into a higher perspective at life. To live a human life, as it was meant to be. The Real Causality of thoughts, emotions and feelings
Negative thoughts creates automatically negative emotions and negative, upset, bad and sad feelings. And Not visa versa.
Did you ever realized why shame, irritations, anger, disappointments, fears and worries, etc. are called NEGATIVE emotions. OR upset, bad and sad feelings are called NEGATIVE feelings? Because, they are undesirable and Not good for you and/or Not good for others.
Positive thoughts creates automatically positive emotions and positive happy, good, content and great feelings. And Not visa versa.
POSITIVE emotions and feelings are desired in our life, because they are good for you AND good for others, right? Wouldn't we like to have only positive emotions in our life? What means we have to learn to understand what negative thoughts are, to be able to transform all negative into positive thoughts. Positive thoughts creates automatically positive emotions and positive, good and happy feelings.
Let’s give right away a good simple example, to place these words into a reality of a human life.
What shall happen in my emotions, when I repeat thoughts in my mind over and over again. Such as, I can't do that, I am not handsome enough, people don't like me, I am not smart enough, I always say the wrong things, I am not perfect, I don't know what to do, I feel lonely, bad, sad, I don't have money, I can't pay the bills, I am afraid of dogs, they can bite or even hurt me, etc.?
Realize, just by reading above paragraph slowly and intensively how does it make you feel? Yes, just copying these thoughts by reading, makes you already feel bad and sad.
Then you create automatically negative emotions and bad and sad feelings. Such as, insecurity, helplessness, disappointments, loneliness, sadness, incompetence, fears and all feel sad or bad.
Some of you shall say, but that is my reality! I feel that way, so that is for me the Truth. Right? What would be the thoughts of a spiritual optimistic and happy person in the same cases?
He formulates different positive thoughts such as; I can do this and that, what I cant' do I can learn or leave this to other persons. I am handsome enough and focus only on my positive aspects, some people like me, or I shall encounter people who love me soon in my life, in those ways I am perfect and in other ways I desire to learn more to become perfect, I focus on what I can do, I am alone, so I have time to do other things I love or figure out many things in life, what can I do? I feel good, content and happy, I have this and that and can formulate desires that I would like to experience in my life, unexpected bills, what can I do, who can I talk with, how can I dissolve this challenging experience?, I love dogs, one dog bit me, because I didn't realize this dog had a bad day or a bad education. Other dogs are lovely. I just desire to be fearless and dogs are kind and friendly. I can when I encounter a strange dog, to see first it's intentions, keep my distance and then if it is save to come closer, etc.
The reality stays the same. Only the focus of this person is directed on positive, loving and good thoughts for himself, for others and for Nature. Compare these positive thoughts, with the negative thoughts of above and see and feel the difference.
Whether you believe in God or Not remember this. Emotions in a human life are a guidance of God. When you feel bad or sad, you have negative emotions, created by your own negative thoughts. You get these negative emotions and bad or sad feeling as a Signal as a guidance, to transform your negative into positive thoughts. To feel good and happy again. How long should a signal last? Yes, short.
Another example.
A Man has lost his company, has a huge debt, his wife left him and took his children and the bank is ready to take possession of his house, cars, etc.
When this Man has an ego perspective and lives on the first mentioned way, to become happy, only by things and happy experiences, he shall feel depressed. Life is bad and sad for him, so he shall feel bad and sad too. Most of you shall state, this is normal and logical, but is it really necessary?
What is going on in his thoughts for example?
He thinks often;
I had it all, a nice family, a nice company, great cars, money and I blew it, I lost everything. I just didn’t saw the financial crash coming.
I miss that previous life, I shall never get it again. My life is over.
My house shall be taken, my possessions, nothing of all these years of hard work shall remain, everything is gone. It was a waste of time and of my life. I called friends, but they left all and do not want to be with me or help me. I feel for the first time alone in this world, this world sucks. I hate them, and when I get a change I shall have my revenge.
Even my family looks at me, if I am a great disappointment, a failure.
I am a disappointment and failure, and perhaps not smart enough.
I feel ashamed, incompetent and terrible depressed. I don’t want to work for someone else, to become a normal worker, to get a small salary and the rest goes to my ex-wife and the bank. Where do I have to live, perhaps I become homeless. My God, I am so desperate. The first time in my life, I have to cry.
These thoughts, we call negative thoughts. They are thoughts which are Not good for him and Not good for others. Why are they Not good for him, because they make him feel bad and sad. Why are they Not good for others, because he places others in a negative aspect too and even like to hurt them.
These thoughts causes negative emotions like; fears, worries, anger, revenge, shame, frustrations, disappointments, sadness, despair, depression, etc.
These negative thoughts causes the bad and sad feelings. Even just by reading these negative thoughts a few times of this person, we all can feel the little badness and great sadness of this person. We can feel ourselves a little less good and less happy, just by reading these sentences. That is why, other people avoid people, who talk about negative thoughts. By reading these sentences, we look at negative thoughts of this person and has already an effect in ourselves.
Realize, how our thoughts ARE influencing and inducing our emotions and feelings. When he keeps repeating these negative thoughts over and over again, he shall become very depressed, very sad and perhaps do things he shall regret later. What is logical, when you think about this.
This person looks at his bad and sad situation in life, and thinking this way does Never lead to solutions, it only feels bad and sad. The Ego is no longer filled, and he becomes upset, lost and very depressed.
A depression is formulating all the time negative thoughts. I am not good enough, I am not smart enough, the world sucks, I shall never be able to do this or that, I never have luck, everything works always against me, I can’t do this or that, people do not love me, I can’t make friends, I have not enough of this or that, etc. Do these thoughts change anything in your life? No, they do Not. They only create negative emotions and, bad and sad feelings. How long do you desire to be upset, feel bad and sad? Remember, it is just your choice.
If you formulate negative thoughts unaware by Choice, you are creating by this Choice negative emotions and negative, bad and sad feelings. What never leads to solutions to dissolve problems, as challenging experiences from your life.
The problem is for many Man, they do not Master their thoughts, if they did, they would know, that they are Responsible for their own feelings. And they would know, that neither a negative person nor a negative situation can ever make them feel bad. They only feel bad or sad, because of their own formulated Negative thoughts.
Now, I shall reveal to you a secret, almost no Man knows. Which I revealed already above, But, just let us recap it again. Why do we have negative emotions and negative feelings in our human life?
We have negative emotions and negative feelings as a signal, a guidance of God in our human life, to guide us, to change and transform our negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Why? To feel Happy and Good again.
God does Never intervene directly in our personal lives and does Never intervene in our society. The reality of past proves these Words to be exact. But, God created Seven guidance's in life to guide Man to a happy and harmonious human life. One of them are our emotions, to guide indirectly people in life. To learn and evolve above the Lessons of Life, as negative situations and negative persons, and to live a happy and harmonious life. Whether you believe in God or Not, does Not make a difference, it is for all Man the same.
When you feel bad or sad, you have formulated negative thoughts, and this feeling of bad or sad is a signal of God, to transform your negative thoughts into positive thoughts. As a signal, a guidance in life. To feel Happy again. How long should a signal last? Yes, very short. Do you live these Words in life? No, almost all people do Not.
When you do, you know when you have to look at your thoughts and start to try to use different and more positive, loving and harmonious thoughts. Do this and try it often and you shall see, the effect over time in your life creating happiness.
How can we use this knowledge and wisdom for this Man in our example?
When he reads these words and realizes that his unaware choice of thoughts makes him feel bad and sad. He could decide to embrace other positive, loving and harmonious thoughts. Let’s handle this step by step, what he should do at this moment in his life.
The first thing he should do, is to Accept everything, that has happened to him is already in the past. Because, everything that happens in your life is already in the past and cannot be changed. From this present moment in his life, he can choose to formulate different thoughts, to make himself feeling good and happy again.
Then, he has to realize, that the past exist for him, only to Learn from the past. When he experienced negativity in many aspects in his past. Then it can become of high value to him, if he change them into learned Lessons of Life. To handle all the negative situations and negative persons in life with positive, loving and harmonious thoughts.
He could learn that every person makes choices. Mostly people base their choices on an ego perspective. It is Not the person, that is bad or doing something what is bad, but it is just a bad or good choice what differs in Man. By looking at Man this way, you can still love Everyone. He could learn that his friends, family or wife based their decisions on greed and egoism, and therefor they do not feel committed or have friendship with him anymore. What makes life already a step easier.
Everyone including this man has to learn from life and they learn all in their own pace in life. Some learn quick and some slower. Even some are resisting or are unwilling to learn. He can learn to have a real friendship or relationship. That should always be based on love and enjoying spending time together as a person, and Not on, what you have or have not. Now, this man knows, what to look for in another relationship or with friends. To have fun together, to enjoy being together, to communicate and enjoy life, to create happiness together without things, but as a great experience. Why can poor people be very happy in some countries? Because they validate the little things, including friendships and relatives in life much higher.
This man learns to understand, that all negative situations and negative persons in life exist, to learn something from them. Otherwise experience negativity and disharmony would be a waste of time, and of your life.
Then this man has to transform his recent negative thoughts into the opposite positive thoughts, which always leads to solutions and evolving in life. Let’s see if we can help this man transform his negative thoughts of above, into better, loving and positive thoughts.
Positive thoughts are always good for you AND at the same time good for all other persons in life too AND at the same time good for Nature also. (To be complete). All other thoughts are negative and disharmonious thoughts.

What causes negative emotions I experience? And he writes in a brainstorm on a paper all thoughts that pops up in his head. Then he found the list of negative thoughts we have listed above. Then he takes another paper to transform all the negative thoughts as a result of his bad and sad feelings into positive thoughts. Which are good for him and others and Nature, and can even write other suggestions when these pop up in his head. We try Not to be complete, just to show you, how to transform thoughts and change your feelings.
When opposite positive thoughts do Not belong to your reality, don’t worry about it. See it like a fun game, to see what shall happen. We explain below. For your information, I did it many times in all case scenario’s and it works always. You can process all trauma’s of your life the correct way. Biblical it is called to Repent, but now explained on a simple way, in simple words.
Check out the negative thoughts in above list with this list of below and see the transformation. Just as an example.
1. I can have the experience again, a nice family, a nice company, a desired experience in life. Let’s learn what happened and went wrong in the past, and see what I can do better this time. In all aspects of this past.
2. I learned from my previous life, I shall live my life differently. My life starts new, fresh and I shall create it much better, honest and happier as before.
3. My house and my possessions shall be taken, it is a fact, like a past. Perhaps I should make a new Business plan, including my personal life, to see how to cope with the unfolding events and build something better. What do I really need in life, what do I really desire to be the core in my life. Yes, to be happy and to share this happiness with others.
3b. I see, things are just things. Creations, and are Not Part of Me. I have to learn to detach from things and even people, to see everything as an experience. When one experience stops, there are many new experiences unfolding. I never lose anything in life anymore, I just get more and different experiences. Some are easy and feel happy instantly and some are more difficult and challenging ones, to learn to stay happy in the process too and to evolve above them.
4. I shall make new friends, who just like me, for who I am. Who love my thoughts and humor. I shall not use possessions to impress them. Just spending time, enjoying and communicating about life. At this moment I am alone, but it gives me extra time, to make my new plans and create a new happy life.
4b. extra thought. Yes, I start to see, to be happy in my life and to enjoy to create in my life. Whether it is small or large, I should enjoy both. Not only enjoy the results, but also every present moment of the journey through my life. So, every present moment of my life becomes valuable and happy.
5. Now, I understand my family, my friends and how many other people are. They base everything on ego, like success and having things. I shall show them, that I am happy and feeling good all the time, even in times of trouble. I just start to be a good relative or supportive friend for them. Whether they like it or not, does not matter to me. Because that is their choice, I have to choose to create my life to become happy. To do my best is all I can.
6. I had a disappointment and failures, what gave me a great experience to learn from all different aspects in my life. I was smart enough to built a business, I can do it again. But, this time better. And my happiness, health and harmony within myself and others, should be the most important thing in my life. I love to create, only this time, it is not only about business, but to create a happy life. Each and every minute of my life, I just desire to be happy.
6b. I feel good about myself and this awakening, competent to take my thoughts in my hands and to decide my feelings. I feel the enthusiasm and energy increasing in myself. But, understand I have to take it, step by step. To give it time, but on the mean while, be happy no matter what.
7. I see, first I have to deal with the things which are unfolding. Try to manage all problems in the right way. Perhaps I can take a job, to create a base to start over again. I can talk to the bank to express my desires and perhaps my new plans. And just see, what happens and enjoy this new journey in life. I know, I have to give it some time, perhaps even years, but I am sure, I shall succeed.
7. b. What jobs can I do and can enjoy this too? I like to work with people, and I can sell some things. Let’s see what possibilities are available to me.
8. What options do I have to live, when I get that job, I can spent this for my rent. I could find a small apartment and start from here. My God, it is quite a Lesson of Life, but I try to do my best, to handle it positively and good. The first time in my life, I feel to be above, my problems. The problems do not effect my feelings. I feel much better now. To know what to do and Not.
Etc.
Read the first list two times and feel inside yourself, and realize this negative feeling just by reading the sentences. Then read this positive list of positive thoughts five times and feel the optimism, positivity, energy and good happy feeling. That is what thoughts are doing with us, for this man and even to you, the readers.
When the man reads these positive thoughts written in a list, over and over again. It settles in his mind, and becomes his believe and personality. This works by the synapses in his brain, perhaps to explain another time.
When this man does not think about negative thoughts again, and just chooses to focus and embrace these new positive thoughts and keeps it up. Then he shall become this person, and shall feel happy and good all the time. No matter what. Then he shall forget the negative thoughts and shall not experience their related negative emotions and negative feelings anymore. When he learned from the negative events from the past, he is Ready to forget them. And just embraced the positive learning effects of the past. This is the way to unpack and process the “back pack” of trauma’s, most people take with them through their lives.
To look at, what you can do, who you are, have, like, love desire, learned from the past, etc. shall always leads to new experiences and new solutions.
Do not look at possessions as things you want by Ego. Just formulate which experiences you like to have in your life, and choose experiences that makes you happy all the time. You live in a present moment and when you have nothing or anyone in your life, and you look at this over and over again, you shall feel sad and bad. But, when you start to enjoy, just to do things in life and love all experiences you can have in life, you live your life complete.
The next time you do your dishes, pay a bill, wash your clothes or are cooking for example, realize you can have fun doing it, or you can feel bad and sad about it. It depends on how you formulate your thoughts at that present moment. Play with this knowledge and wisdom and try it out again and again.
It is like learning to ride a bicycle. At first, it takes effort to understand your thoughts and to separate positive and negative thoughts. When you start to write them down, after a while you see how it works, always. Then after a while you understand that at every situation in life you have a Choice. To create positive thoughts that make you feel happy, or to create negative thoughts that makes you feel unhappy. What thoughts are you choosing today?
After a while analyzing and doing the Work, you shall know and choose instantly the right, loving and good thoughts and feel happy and good all the time. Then you really KNOW YOURSELF.
How more you live your human life this way, how more you learn and how happier you shall become. It is just a choice, to be happy or not. This is a life changing opportunity, but you have to do the Work.
