
Why does a man feel insecure?

When a person feels Insecure, the real cause is their own formulation of Negative thoughts, which we shall prove in our Words below.
Negative thoughts are Not good and Not Loving for you AND Not Good and Not Loving for other persons! Positive thoughts are Good and Loving for you AND Good and Loving for other persons too. Just keep this in your mind, all shall become clear, just follow the Words to erase Insecurity from your thoughts.
Realize following, when you are fearful, you have formulated fearing thoughts, when you are insecure, you have formulated insecure thoughts, when you are disappointed, you have formulated disappointing thoughts, etc. when you are angry, irritated, lonely or jealous it is because you have formulated thoughts that caused this negative emotion to appear inside your Awareness. And negative emotions upsets and feel always bad or sad.
Negative thoughts Create automatically Negative Emotions and Upset, Bad and Sad feelings. And Never visa versa.
Positive thoughts Create automatically Positive Emotions and feels always Good, Happy and Loving. And Never visa versa.
How are you able to find your Negative thoughts that create Negative emotions?
Easy, Just ask yourself the following question:
WHY am I really feeling insecure?
Brainstorm all thoughts that pops up in your mind and write them down on a paper below each other, as we did in our example below. We have our list and worked it out as your example. And you can create your list of thoughts, if you desire to dissolve your insecurity, right now. If you like to do so, you need two blank papers and a pen. Of course, our thoughts can be different from yours, still it works all the same. Try and see it work.
For example, to find (Negative) thoughts of a Man, who is insecure.
He asks constantly himself, WHY do I really feel insecure? Because,.......
1. I don’t feel handsome, women just don’t like me and don't even see me.
2. People mostly don't like me, they refuse to talk to me and walk away.
3. I don't like my nose, ears, body, ….etc., people are always staring at it.
4. I can not do that, I often fail in things I try to do, it is all too difficult for me.
5. I am not very smart, I don’t understand this or that and I am very clumsy.
6. I am not a smooth talker, I stutter a bit, have a terrible voice, I can’t speak like them
7. I don’t have that beautiful car, or clothes, what will people think about me?
8. Last time, she said this about me, now I think, all people think this way about me.
9. I am afraid to fail, I am afraid to make a fool of myself, I am afraid of........
Negative thoughts is always the cause of ALL negative emotions: fears, worries, INSECURITY, shame, jealousy, disappointment, irritation, frustration, anger, etc.
A negative emotion and a bad or sad feeling is a guidance, and is telling you that you are thinking something that is Not good for you, or Not good for other people. This guidance is telling you to Change your negative thoughts into positive thoughts to feel good and happy again. To change insecurity into being confident. To be confident you have to formulate only positive and loving thoughts, which are good for you and others.
When you want to get rid of negative emotions, like insecurity. Place the other blank paper besides your list of negative thoughts you have already created. See this following exercise like a game, to have fun and keep it light. To discover what is going on in your thoughts.
Now, we are going to transform all the Negative thoughts we found in our list, into the opposite Positive and Loving thoughts which are good for ourselves and all other people also. We shall do this in our example, so you can see how this works. You create your list of only positive and loving thoughts. Just try it and you shall become amazed, I promise. Don´t think at this moment, what is reality and real for you or not. We handle this later. Just try to find the opposite loving and positive thoughts of the negative thoughts you have written in your paper. If positive and loving thoughts as advise for yourself pops up in your mind, what you could or should do, just write them down too.
Positive and loving thoughts
1. I feel handsome, I am an unique person, women like me and see me.
1.a If people like and see me or not, that is there choice to make and doesn't effect me.
1.b I am who I am, and I love who I am, just being myself is more than enough.
1.c I should focus on my thoughts to be positive and happy and enjoy my life.
2. People mostly like me, they come to me and start talking.
2. a. When I see people who I like to talk with, I go to them and start a little conversation.
2. b. If they do not like to talk to me, it is their problem, and I don't make it mine.
2. c. It is important, when people don't like to talk to me, I still love and like them.
2. d. I see, when someone makes a rejective choice, I can still feel good, loving and kind.
2. e. I just find someone else to talk too, and try again, I just have to see it like a game.
2. f. What other people think is their choice, luckily I can formulate my own thoughts and my own positive, loving and kind thoughts, shall create my good and happy feelings.
3. I like and focus on my eyes, my hair, my humor, my kind and friendly personality.
3. a. When people stare, I shall start a little conversation and ask them how they are doing? And just let my friendly eyes, smile and humoristic personality shine.
4. I can do that, I often succeed in things I try to do, It is easy for me to find right ways.
4.a. I am curious to learn, so when something doesn't work out, I ask for help.
4.b. When something doesn't work out, I try to find other ways to make it into a success.
4.c. When I do something, I have to see it like a process, a path, to go step by step.
4.d. When I desire to do something, I have to see it like a game, with fun and pleasure.
4.e. I shouldn't focus on the end result, but just enjoy the path to a desired end result.
5. I am smart enough, I understand this or that and I am focused on what I am doing.
5. a. When there is something I don't understand I can find ways to understand it.
5. b. I can ask for help, google and there are so many different ways to learn more.
5. c. To understand something step by step, is more lasting and more valuable.
5. d. I see, I have to take my time, to become a little more patient in my life.
5. e. When I focus more on what I am doing, I become very handy.
6 I can talk well enough, stuttering has disappeared, my voice is well enough, I can speak like anyone else. Because, people can Understand me and even Respond to me. Yeee.
6.a I see, a little fun, seeing life lighter and have some humor shall change my life.
6.b. When I just relax in my conversations, take my time and breathe well, my stutter shall disappear. (For your info, I stuttered when I was a little boy, and dissolved it too).
7. I have a beautiful unique car, even the door talks to me with a creepy sound, it has four wheels and it drives me everywhere. I have nice warm pants, sweaters and even shoes to walk on. My life is great, when I focus on positive and loving thoughts in my life.
7a. I wonder would people who have rejecting thoughts of my life, be happy too?
7b. If other people have a problem with my life, please keep it, I have other thoughts.
8. Man, I am popular, she speaks about me and other people have picked up the same kind of thoughts. I just stay who I am, and do just my best to live a good and loving life.
8a. Still, I see, I can listen to what people say, perhaps I can learn something new and improve some issues I agree with. I know, I formulate my own thoughts and ways.
8b. Next time I see her again, I can go talk to her on a friendly way and see what happens.
8c. People all formulate their own thoughts, it is their choices to make, not mine.
8d. I should focus and stay with my own thoughts, that is how I control, who I am.
9. I shall succeed, I shall present myself well to other people, I am fearless.
9a. Thomas told me above in this article, that when I am afraid, I have created fearful thoughts. When I think about this it is very logical and right, I always expect in the near future something to be negative, dreadful and what might harm me or others. But, I have learned that I can always change negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Just like I did here. Perhaps next time I shall ask myself, Why am I really afraid of fearing to fail, and find my negative thoughts. Then to transform them into the opposite positive and loving thoughts and add some positive and loving remarks that pops up in my head, and see what Thoughts can help me to become fearless.
In above example, I did not try to be perfect or complete, to keep it light and fun. I just brainstormed. How more you work on this way, how more you learn about yourself. What is really going on in your thoughts. Then constantly you shall find a CHOICE, to choose positive and loving thoughts OR negative and egoistical thoughts. The positive thoughts, makes you feel good and loving about yourself and others, and you are happy all the time. The negative and ego thoughts, as lessons in life, exist to Transform them into the opposite positive and loving thoughts. When you do these exercises more often, you shall do it automatically in your thoughts in life, and do not need papers or pen any more. We are Not finished, yet. Just bear with me, everything shall become clear.
But, first read the list of negative thoughts a few times again and feel the insecurity in yourself, only by reading it. Negative thoughts, create negative emotions and negative emotions give you always a bad feeling. In this case a bad feeling of insecurity. Even just by reading these negative thoughts in words, you already feel more insecure, negative, bad and sad. Try it and feel it for yourself. That is what thoughts in words can do to us. When you choose the right and loving thoughts, you feel happy and good all the time.
Read then slowly a few times the list of positive thoughts and feel confidence, positivity, lovingness and goodness you have created inside yourself, only by reading positive thoughts in words. Do you feel the difference of the words? I know for sure you do. That is what thought do to us in our mind. Which thoughts do you prefer to believe and live?
Yes, the positive and loving thoughts, because it leads to happiness and feeling good.
Now, most of you will probably say critically, “I believe the negative thoughts and Not the positive thoughts. When I feel bad or sad, I can't say I feel good or great. When I hate my nose, I can't get it out of my mind. When I think people dislike me, then I can't think people love me. Etc. The positive and loving thoughts are nice, but they are Not Mine.”
The question should be, do you like the positive thoughts to become your Thoughts?

Understand this, you and others have taught you, to look at life with a certain perspective, with a belief to focus on specific issues in life. To focus on negative and egoistical thoughts. You have repeated these thoughts and behaviors so often and seen this with others, that you impulsively use these negative and egoistical thoughts. When something bad happens in your life, you automatically think negative too. What means you are Not in control of your own thoughts. You formulate randomly thoughts in yourself, what makes you feel bad or sad, and something feel good and happy. What depends for Most people always what happens in their lives. Most of you shall say, logical. But, it is Not logical. Your thoughts you formulate decides how you feel. Neither a negative situation Nor a negative person can EVER make you feel bad or sad. YOU are the One who formulates Negative and Egoistical thoughts that Creates Negative emotions, upset, bad and sad feelings.
Remember this, at Every Situation in your life, you have a Choice to make. To formulate positive or negative thoughts. When you are a person that acts mostly impulsively, then it is time to THINK BEFORE YOU ACT. To give yourself a moment to DECIDE what thoughts you like to embrace. At first it shall cost you some time, effort and learning. After a while it becomes your Nature, to choose your positive and loving thoughts before you act. What shall cause constantly Happiness and Love inside yourself, no matter what happens in your life. It is just a choice. Still, we are not finished. There is One thing left.
How can we Change our Belief, Perspective and Personality and exchange our negative thoughts into these desired and our own created Positive and Loving thoughts?
Simple. By Focusing on and repeating slowly and intensively the list with preferred positive and loving thoughts Over and Over again. Feel to be this way, imagine to be this person and repeat them with loving emotion all the time.
What happens in your brain is, that this creates automatic synapses to connect these positive thoughts to your memory, to your personality, perspective and belief. This is how you can reprogram your own personality, perspective and belief. What is the same thing how we learn in life. Nothing more and nothing less.
When you are insecure. Repeat the positive thoughts which makes you confident. After a while you shall believe them and really live these positive thoughts. And you shall have changed your personality from insecure into confident. Because you taught yourself by repetition and focusing on positive and loving thoughts, to become confident in life.
Logical, you should Not focus on, think, talk, communicate or watch your past negative thoughts, that created the insecurity in your life. Shift your focus from the negative thoughts Onto the positive and loving thoughts. When a negative thought of insecurity comes into your mind, smile and start to repeat the list of positive and loving thoughts again and again. Or change this negative thought into a new positive and loving thought and repeat this over and over again on the same way. Keep it up and you shall succeed to become confident.
By Not using some thoughts in our life is how we forget in life. By using some thoughts over and over again, is how we learn in life. More clear than this, I cannot be.
What means in your brain, when you do not use these negative thoughts again, the synapses becomes weaker and weaker, and after a while they even disconnect these negative thoughts from your personality, perspective and belief. The thoughts you do use in life and repeat over and over again, shall make their synapses stronger and stronger, after a while you think and act even impulsively on these thoughts you prefer. This is how you can change your personality, perspective and belief. To choose your thoughts for yourself, what results in Happiness and Goodness OR feeling Bad and Sadness. It is just your Choice how you like to feel every moment of the day.
What means Everyone has the Power to build their own Personality, Perspective and Belief. Your personality, perspective and belief is Not Who you are, but what thoughts you have taught yourself to embrace. If you don't like a part of them, Change them.
Now, we are finished and you know, how you can Change insecurity into confidence. It always works, without a shred of a doubt. You have just to do the effort and keep it up and it shall Change your life forever.
