How can you learn to Master your mind?

What is your mind?

Your mind equals in simple words, your conscious and subconscious thoughts. By observing, sensing, formulating and learning, conscious and subconscious thoughts, we create our thoughts, memory and personality. What is literally defining our human Soul, but that is an explanation for another time. Or have a look at other answers.

Let's define all the words we used above.

Conscious thoughts are thoughts you work with and experience in the present. You can formulate thoughts like, I feel like, I think this or that, let's go here or let's do that, etc. Simple. Conscious thoughts can also be what we sense in life, see, hear, taste, smell or feel. When you read these Words, it becomes your conscious thoughts too, when you hear a sound, it becomes your conscious thought, when you see a tree, it becomes your conscious thought, when you smell a scent of a flower, this becomes a conscious thought too, etc.

Observing in a human life we do with subconscious thoughts, still we are conscious Aware or unconscious Not Aware. When you are conscious Aware and focus on subconscious thoughts, and do not formulate conscious thoughts, then you are meditating, or in trance or in prayer, for example. When you are unconscious Not aware and Observe subconscious thoughts, then you are dreaming and sleeping.

Subconscious thoughts are thoughts we have created in our past as conscious thoughts. By focusing on these conscious thoughts or repeat them over and over again in a present, we have automatically connect specific conscious thoughts, by our synapses in our brain, unto our memory, our perspective at life, or even called our personality. What is learning.

Then conscious thoughts of the present, becomes a subconscious thought of the past. How more we repeat this same conscious thoughts in the present, how stronger this synapse shall connect the subconscious thought to your memory or personality. What enable us to remember better the subconscious thoughts. How more your repeat a history fact over and over again, this conscious thought is so well connected by it's synapse in your brain, that you can remember it easily and very quickly. “

To Remember. To remember something means, that you are triggered by your own thoughts, something or someone in your life, to light up a subconscious thought in your conscious Awareness. This is how we can remember our subconscious thoughts.

A Trigger. When I say words to you like, I am thirsty. Then the thought “I Am” triggers, subconscious thoughts in your conscious awareness, than you know he means himself. Or it light up subconscious thoughts in your Awareness like, Am I thirsty? Thirsty triggers, the subconscious thoughts in your conscious awareness, all thoughts which are connected with thirsty, the things you can think of. Water, beer, wine, etc. When he says to you a word like, Do you have a Duvel? And you do not know what a Duvel, as a drink means, then no subconscious thoughts in your conscious Awareness will light up. Except thoughts like, what did you say? What is that? And you add instantly a conscious thought, A Duvel? What is that? Etc. When he said for the first time, a Duvel, a synapse is instantly created in your brain and connected this conscious thought to your memory, and becomes almost instantly a subconscious thought in a past. When he explains, what a duvel is. All this new information in words, as thoughts, are all connected to the Word Duvel. Then you connect the Word Duvel to, a Beer, and, to Drink. This explains in simple words, how we learn and remember, what is the basis of our communication between each other.

Triggers, can me pictures, something you see in life, you hear, smell, taste, feel, observed or think about. When you hear a song, you remember subconscious thoughts in your awareness or not. To recognize the song or not. To remember other connected experiences as thoughts, with the song or not. Or you think by yourself thoughts, which can light up connected subconscious thought in your conscious awareness, and you build your thoughts in the present moment. To think about this or that. Etc.

 

Acting impulsively. This means you act without formulating conscious thoughts in the present moment and act on your subconscious thoughts, which light up in your conscious Awareness after other triggers, as thoughts, appeared in your life. You walking across a street and suddenly you see a car coming, which is still a thought. And this thought of a car coming towards you, becomes a trigger, that instantly connects by the synapses to the subconscious thoughts, run, jump, move, get away. Because you know it is dangerous for you, which you have learned yourself in the past to do. When someone did not teach themselves how to react when a car comes towards them, then it hits them. Because they did not teach themselves, how to react impulsively on subconscious thoughts.

Why is this important to know how this all works?

Let's start with an Example, and it shall become very clear, step by step.

When a boy is in a pub and someone comes towards him and hits him in the face. And impulsively he punches him back. The other boy and his friends punch and kick the boy so hard back, that he ends up in a hospital. The next time the boy is in a pub, someone gives him a punch again. They really don't like him being there. And the boy punches impulsively back again, the same thing happens again and the boy ends up in the hospital again. The doctor says to him, why don't you Think before you Act. He says, I don't think, it just happens. It is just my personality, to defend myself and punch back impulsively, that is who I am.

Then you come along as a friend of the boy with above knowledge, can you help the boy?

The Point is can you help him to change his personality, to teach him Not to act impulsively? Yes, we can say to him, just like the doctor, think before you act. But, we know, that this is not possible, because he reacts impulsively on his subconscious thoughts. How can we help him to change his subconscious thoughts? When someone hits him in the face, to learn, to think first before he reacts. What could help him already a bit. Or when someone hits him in the face, that he thinks about the consequences if he punches back and escalates the situation. Or we could teach him the consequences when he goes this specific pub, where he most likely becomes a target again. Perhaps, it is better to find another pub to go out. We can tell him these things but, he shall go to this specific pub, because his personality is, I go where I want, I defend myself when necessary, etc. Still, the boy, doesn't like the situation but again, he says to you, I am who I am and I can't change my personality, that is who I am.

We say to the boy, if we can help you to change your personality, do you like to work with us to change your personality on an easy and simple way? So, you start to feel different, and choose different thoughts, that makes you feel happy and good, keeps you out of the hospital and prevents you to be in fights? Without his willingness we cannot proceed. Only a person, who desires to Change his personality, and sees clearly the reason for it, we are able to help.

We create together a list, of positive, loving and good thoughts, which we are creating for his subconscious thoughts. Literally we are reprogramming his synapses to connect to other subconscious thoughts. So, impulsively he shall react differently, positive, loving and good. A list like this example. I am not trying here to find the perfect and all positive, loving and good thoughts, I just give an example, so you can see how it works.

1. I love to go out to a pub, where people are nice and friendly
2. I love to be kind to people, because then people are kind to me.
3. I love to see people smile, and that makes me smile and happy too.
4. When something bad happens, I shall think first, what thoughts are loving and kind.
5. When a bad thing happens, I shall choose to diffuse a situation, to walk away.
6. When a bad thing happens, I shall choose to be calm and speak friendly.
7. When a bad thing happens, I shall choose to be kind, apologise and walk away.
8. I love it when I can enjoy going out in peace and have fun with other people.
Etc.

When we have finished this list, the boy laughs and says. I am still the same, as I said before. The list sounds nice, but that is Not my personality, that is Not who I am.

Then we ask him, to read this positive, good and loving list of thoughts, slowly, over and over again, just like a game and visualize and feel by himself to be this kind, loving and wise person. Just as a game, to keep it light. We ask him to read and focus on this list every day at least 20 times on the same way, as we have explained. And every time something happens that gives him negative thoughts to do not good things, like I want to go to that pub, he takes the list and repeats it again and again. When he really cooperates, then He shall reprogram his synapses and subconscious thoughts automatically and change his personality. He just learned like a history fact, to change his belief system, his perspective at life, his personality. Just by repeating over and over again, and focusing on these positive, loving and kind thoughts. It is what is, nothing more and nothing less.

Now, we come back to our question, why is this important to know?

How often do you feel upset, bad or sad? How often do you experience negative emotions, like all Kinds of, Fears, Worries, Disappointments, Jealousy, Shame, Loneliness, Sadness, Sorrows, Boredom, Insecure, Nervous, Irritations, Frustrations, Anger, Hate, Despair, Depression, etc.? Almost all people shall say One of them at least one time a day, and half of all people shall say, a few of them all the time.

How do these negative emotions feel to you? Yes, always bad and/or sad. Right? Right.
This means that most people feel a lot of times, bad or sad in their lives. Right? Right.

When you become a Master of your Thoughts, perhaps you should consider following;

Negative thoughts, create automatically always Negative Emotions and feels always upset, bad or sad. Positive, loving and good thoughts, create automatically always Positive Emotions and feels always Good and Great. Realize, this for a moment.

What is the difference between a Negative and a Positive thought?

When we know this, then we can Choose which thoughts we would like to formulate, and can create the according emotion and feelings, Right? Right.

RULE: A positive thought is only a thought which is Loving, Good and Harmonious for yourself AND at the Same time Loving, Good and Harmonious for Everyone AND at the same time Loving, Good and Harmonious for Nature. What creates automatically, Happiness, Harmony and Health in Oneself, Between each other and with Nature.

When a thought doesn't belong to the rule of a positive thought, it is a negative thought.

People with an Ego perspective, based on Egoism, Greed, Lust, Pride and Violence for example, shall think, “this sucks”. What they do Not know is that the Ego perspective within Man is the Creator of Negative thoughts, which creates negative emotions and makes them feel upset, bad or sad. If this is all precise and correct, let's prove it in simple examples. When someone feels bad or sad, there is Ego involved, let's check this out.

When someone has fears. For example, Fears of Heights, what negative thoughts is causing this negative emotion. I don't want to fall. I don't want to hurt myself, I don't want to break something or die. I think heights are scary, I could hurt myself. I don't like heights, etc. What happens by the synapses? Heights is connected with Fears, and impulsively this person when triggered by heights, it instantly creates the fears of Heights. Not realizing the negative thoughts a person creates themselves is causing their fears. They say it is my personality to be afraid of heights. No, it is not. The negative thoughts based on Ego this person creates, is causing the fearful, upset, bad and sad feelings.

Why are these negative thoughts based on Ego? This person is only thinking about him or herself. What might happen to themselves in their future based on a negative expectation. The control of Ego, by egoism and greed to be save at all costs. Most of the people shall say but that is a good thing, Right? Wrong. Because, when there is a situation where heights in involved, this fearful person of heights shall do everything what it cost to save themselves. What means when you have problems at a height and almost fall, and you ask this person who is really afraid of heights to help you. They shall not help you. Or when a person experience heights, he or she can do irrational things because of fear and hurt themselves.

When someone is afraid of flying and the plane starts shaking and descending rapidly. The person with fears thinks only for themselves by negative thoughts and ego. And acts impulsively and start to panic, scream and make the child next to them very afraid. Or even pushes people aside and hurt them to get a saver seat.

When someone is lonely. This person misses someone to talk to, this person cannot entertain themselves, this person needs another person in their environment, they want something or someone to fill their Ego. The greed and need to satisfy their needs. I want to have someone around me, I want to sleep, have sex regular with someone, I need someone to protect and comfort me, I want someone to love and love me, all based on greed and egoism. What happen in practice, that many people start a relationship to fill their egoism and greed to dissolve this loneliness. Then they, accept someone they don't really love, and desire not really to enjoy life with. But, just to fill their Ego and hurt other people too.

When a partner dies and the person feels sorrow and pain. Honestly, it is all about, I have lost my partner, I am now alone, I can't see their faces and smiles, I want them back, I don't want them to be dead, I hate that doctor for letting my loved one die, I hate that person for killing my partner, I hate God for taking my partner, I feel so sad and left alone, I want this and I want that. What is not good for this person and not good for other family members or others. And even not good for the passed over Soul, the died loved one's Soul. Which I have explained in other answers. This sorrow can easy be dissolved, as you have learned before, to embrace positive, good and loving thoughts for yourself, others and Nature, to be complete. Which replaces the sorrow and pain, with happy, content and good feelings.

The Ego perspective is the Creator of negative thoughts within Man, to let Man choose negative thoughts above positive thoughts. Which results always in negative emotions and upset, bad and sad feelings. Research all other negative emotions and you find always the same kind of answers.

People just don't realize, that they have a choice at every situation in their life, to choose positive thoughts that leads to positive emotions and good and happy feelings Or to choose negative thoughts that leads to negative emotions and bad and sad feelings.

Emotions are a Guidance by God and is simply guiding you towards happiness and harmony in your and all other people's life and Nature. How?

God more or less let you know by emotions and upset, bad and sad feelings, as a Signal, that you have embraced negative thoughts, and you should change instantly the negative and egoistical thoughts into positive, loving and good thoughts, to feel good and happy again. How long should this Signal last? Yes, very short.

Now, you have the tools to analyse your conscious and subconscious thoughts, and to transform your upset, bad and sad feelings, into good and happy feelings. It is time for Man to understand, that the Goal and Purpose in our human life, is to learn during our life to evolve our thoughts and personality in life, to Transform all Negativity, Disharmony and the Ego perspective, into the opposite Positivity, Harmony and Loving Perspective in oneself, between each other and with Nature, to feel good and happy again, as One.

So, How do you decide to feel today? It is just a choice what thoughts you embrace.
